We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. With this information, you can easily monitor the status and progress of your delivery via our courier’s website.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached and original packaging intact
- A valid order number or receipt must be provided
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@elviescloset.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

Note:Â Our warehouse is located in China, and returns and exchanges are processed there.

Please do not send back any items without prior approval — please include your order number so we can process promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards and digital downloads

Please note: Discounted or sale items — including items marked as final sale — are still eligible for the 14-day return right, unless they fall under one of the categories listed above.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:
- Initiate a return request using the steps above
- Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Funds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 10 working days after the items have reached our warehouse.
You can track the progress of your return using the tracking number from your chosen carrier, which will indicate when the package has arrived at our warehouse. The 10-working-day processing period begins from that point. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please email us at info@elviescloset.com so we can look into it for you.
