14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached and original packaging intact
- A valid order number or receipt must be provided
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@elviescloset.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and further instructions.
Please do not send back any items without prior approval — unauthorised returns will be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
Final sale / clearance items
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Hygiene items (e.g. skincare or cosmetics)
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
- Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable substances)
If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:
- Initiate a return request using the steps above
- Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Funds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Haven’t received your refund?
Please contact us if your refund hasn’t appeared within 15 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at info@elviescloset.com.
After this time frame, cancellations are no longer possible due to automatic processing.
UK & EU Customers
If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or European Union, you are entitled under consumer protection law to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without stating a reason.
- Items must be in unused and resaleable condition
- Include proof of purchase with your return
