You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached and original packaging intact
- A valid order number or receipt must be provided
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@elviescloset.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide the return authorization and return address.
- Pack the items unused, including all tags. The customer covers the return postage
Note:Â Our warehouse is located in China, and returns and exchanges are processed there.
Our company, Beeyond Enterprises, is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and takes care of orders, payments, and customer service.
Please do not send back any items without prior approval — please include your order number so we can process promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Hygiene items (e.g. skincare or cosmetics)
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
- Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable substances)
Please note: Discounted or sale items — including items marked as final sale — are still eligible for the 30-day return right, unless they fall under one of the categories listed above.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:
- Initiate a return request using the steps above
- Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Funds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Please contact us if your refund hasn’t appeared within 15 business days after approval.
